Didn't like his behavior. Really rude person. Charged us so much extra as he couldn't open the lock so he drilled the lock out. I don't recommend him. Try to get someone else if you can .

We had been having trouble with our window locks in our family room for years and had a succesion of locksmiths who simply put new locks in which eventually failed again, making the windows hard to lock and unlock. Within a few minutes of arriving, Josh had worked out the problem with the window itself and fixed it with the existing locks for a good price. Great problem solving and a lovely approach. We will be using him again and recommend him to others. Thanks Josh. You solved a nine year problem!

We are doing a large renovation at our house and needed help with the locks. Josh replaced and upgraded all our old mortice locks to modern style ones as well as help us find new modern looking handles to fit the locks as well and installed a digital deadlock on the front door. All the locks look great and work great aswell. GREAT JOB.
