... Our crowd was the loudest by far - well done #teamscotty.

As some of you may have seen and heard we were asked to get involved in a timed food eating challenge this week.
We supplied some diverse and high end cuts of meat to our friends at Sweet Cheeks BBQ. We also were asked to create a sausage that would slow him down which we have aptly named Lucifer’s Link.
This sausage was intense! The hottest creation we have made. Feel free to stop in and ask about it. Get in before we run out if you think you can handle the heat! Be warned..., this isn’t for the faint hearted.
Safe to say it was the straw that broke the camels back. The challenge ended after a mouthful of this bad boy!

Our leading man Scott has been chosen again to compete in Butcher Wars next month!
Sunday passes are still available which is the day Scott takes the stage, however tickets are selling fast. Dates are the 5th and 6th May.
... We would love as much support for him as possible, with points being allocated for crowd participation. Last year was fantastic and we want to amp it up!

The annual western Sydney sausage king competition was held today. We missed out on a first place with our traditional thick and thin snags by one point! It was a tight judging field with plenty of good quality snags on display.
We are still stoked with a second place with our traditional snags and over the moon with a first place with our chicken and garlic butter in the poultry category.
We now wait until September for the state finals to see how the snags will go then.

That cares about standards. Very reasonably priced with a warm and friendly atmosphere that you rarely find nowadays. Clients are treated as family. I live in Blacktown and I will regularly do the 45 minute trip to come and visit.
