Always excellent service and very accommodating. Great for young kids with the courtyard outside. The food is always good but I would like to see the menu updated more frequently.

Located right next to Newcastle beach, this place is perfect for a good breakfast followed by a strole allong the beach. The breakfast, lunches and the coffee, though not spectacular are DEFINATELY very good and best quality for money in Newcastle. While sitting outside is nice, you can not actually see the beach, but you can hear and feel it. So this will only make you want to go down the short steps to watch the waves and surfers after breakfast. The muffins are amazing and the staff very nice. One of my favourite places for a good breakfast and perfect start of the day.

This may be my new favourite lunch spot. Great location, atmosphere was perfect (good music, not too noisy), staff friendly and attentive. Food could not be flawed - I had the gnocchi with duck. Amazing coffee too.

Let's just say I'm very picky when it comes to food and service. Every weekend myself and my wife eat out for breakfast and we have just about tried every cafe in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. Every weekend I find something that's just not right about my experience and this is the first place that's done everything right! Great service, great food, great coffee! Very clean glasses (most places have lipstick marks and are dirty) and it's a plus to get a table that's not wobbly. I will be back!

East end hub has always hit the mark, producing great quality food in a warm and pleasant environment. Whether for a couple or a group the fabulous staff keep everyone happy while the mouth watering dishes entice you to come back as soon as possible.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. They didn't skip a beat at the east end, the food was excellent and service to match. The price was very competitive.
