Great well established practice been going over 20 yrs now. Sometime have a delay but we'll worth it

Being going here for several years in addition to their previous address. Wait time can be an issue (average half hour to 45 mins). Doctors are great. Seems to be a lot of different reception staff, mostly nice but had issues with attitude and not cancelling appointments properly. SMS reminders do not always work

Dr Hand has been my regular GP since one of his colleagues moved to Scotland. I am very happy with him looking after my general practice needs. I have occasionally needed to see other doctors within this clinic and have never had a problem. In a few short weeks i will be moving 2h away from Sydney, but plan to continue with Dr Hand as my GP.

Bad customer service. Dr Ozer was very professional. My experience with Dr Hand wasnt that pleasant.

i have to agree with others statements here I have only seen Dr Marilyn McMurchie once before and felt that she was very cold and distrusting, she had very poor bedside manners and made me feel terribly uncomfortable. I now see Dr Baker at the same surgery I have to say he is one of the best Dr's I have ever seen, he is genuinely caring and you can tell him anything and he would not blink an eye, he is very open and non-judgemental a one in a million Dr, I am so lucky to have found him.

Overall this is a good practice. I've been seeing Dr Ozer for a few years now since he moved from Holdsworth House. yes sometimes you have to wait, yes sometimes the Doctors run late. But even when I can't see my regular Doctor, I am treated with respect. The only thing I'd say is if you're driving, leave plenty of extra time trying to find a parking spot - oh and this practice now does walk-in appointments on a SUNDAY!!! Agree with an earlier post about Doctor Marilyn McMurchie. I have been going to them for years back when they were on oxford st in the 90s. i saw Marilyn quite a few times, she is OK if you have to see someone, they moved to bourke st Taylor square and one time i came and i brought my partner with me, just happened my partner was with me that day and she felt i was trying to bully her to get a prescription, that she felt uncomfortable.
Not sure what her problem was but she was never bullied or pressured lol, i am not that kind of person and she would know that i am not like that and after that i think i only saw her once when there were no other doctors available. I dont go there anymore as my fave doctor left a year ago and others including Craig Rodgers is ok average wouldnt recommend him either. There are much better doctors out there...
