My father has been receiving rehabilitation at this hospital for approximately a week and a half now. We could not be happier with the service and attention being received and provided to my father and we, his family. All staff from reception,the doctors, to nurses, to patient support staff, the physios , OT's, speech pathologists and the catering staff have exceeded our expectations and we feel blessed that my father is where he is at the moment.
Please do not be deterred from the two negative reviews that exist. Initially, we were concerned about the reviews provided , however, my fathers cardiologist recommended the hospital and believing his professional opinion , we agreed to have him admitted.
We have not encountered any unprofessional behaviour or treatment from any of the staff . We leave the premises every day with comforting reassurance that our loved one is being very well cared for.
Shocking place! Staff unhelpful. Room
Layout dangerous - my mother fell after heart surgery and no-one took ownership or responsibility.
