Excellent dentist Dr.P.C.P. Thang I have been going to her for 24 years.Highly Recommend.

This centre is a joke, and today was the last straw, wanted to charge me $70 to see a dr claiming that I haven't been to the centre since 2011 which is incorrect as I was there in December, I only needed a script for antibiotics for an impacted wisdom tooth.
I took my son a few weeks ago, waited for an hour and a half to see a dr who then took 3 PERSONAL CALLS, while my son sat there with a 39 degree temp.
I find the whole centre wholly incompetent.

They don't bulk bill and you will have to pay $70 for the consultation every time. You can get $35 refund from the medicare when you go there and claim. Not happy!

Debbie at the front desk was such a cow she rudley yelled at me for using my mobile phone whilst waiting to see a doctor.
My phone was on a low volume.. and she carrys on about it every other paitent was using there mobile device texting or what not

Go in for workcover injury and she cuts sick yelling and screaming like a baby like seriously is your life that bad that you have to carry on like a 15year old brat infront of all the patients if there was a minus rating i would place a minus 100 stars so rude honestly .. do not reccomend her services especially at the front desk..

Staff at reception were friendly, however I could not say the same about Dr Patwardhan. He was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional.. Will not go there ever again..

A bulk billing medical centre that runs smoothly.

The reception staff are authoritarians that have lost their smiles and customer service. There are multiple doctors the ones I have used were all good. I personally have my favourite so ask for him by name. The wait time is fairly good, I have never waited more than 30 minutes.

Pathology on site as well as a nurse.

Chemists are close by in the mall to fill your scripts.

Older receptionist had no idea who was booked for first appointment and changed her mind 3 times before telling female doctor Gopinath it was me. I asked several times to mark down the request for a Thin Prep Pap smear and when I got in there the doctor told me I did not need thin prep. I asked again for it saying that it was best for me and was told no again then reminded doctor that I normally see Dr Pandit and should I go and see her. Again I was told no. Smear was done and as usual bleeding occurred which will probably make the test inconclusive as it has in the past hence the need for thin prep. Also no internal exam was done and no breast exam. I feel completely let down by a doctor and a woman doctor more so. I feel like my visit today was a complete waste of time and that the exams normally offered at the same time as a Pap smear that were omitted could have potentially missed lumps or abnormalities. Frustrated at the level of doctoring offered today.

absolutely terrible service from reception staff, i was told i could walk in and be seen pretty soon because its early in the morning. waited an hour before talking to the receptionist who's excuse was sorry the doctors patients all walked in at once. i wasn't told there would be a longer, if i was i would've left and come back another day. don't offer a walk-in appointment if you're going to make your patients wait >1 at 8:30 in the morning. i'm sure the doctors are lovely, but the receptionist need better training. will not be recommending to any of my friends or family.
