We also assist business owners to help find, buy and fund commercial property and develop property using only their businesses.

How long does it take?

Most of our financing options are approved in 24-48 days and money transferred to your accounts shortly thereafter.
Commercial Property loans will take longer and we can advise separately on each situation.

How much does it cost?

We offer different forms of business finance and each is a little different.
You will pay somewhere between 62 cents to 90 cents for every $100 you borrow.
This is only an estimate and your circumstances may achieve a different result.

How easy is it to be approved?

Firstly let us say that we are not only Financiers but we are Accountants and we understand your business like no-one else in the market.
We will make it Easy for you to lodge a successful application – after all there was a reason behind our name.
If you do not for any reason apply – we will work with you so that you can apply as soon as possible.
We do the whole application, collate documents and run with the deal – there’s nothing more for you to do – Easy!

Process of being approved

Well, first you need to contact us, either by telephone 1300 123 456, email enquiries info@easybizfinance.com or by using the Online Application.
We will then call you and make a time to come out and see you. Your Consultant will be with you at the first meeting, where we will ask some questions to understand what it is you want, how much you want and what it is you want to do with it. We will also get an understanding of your business at this time and provide you with an indicative approval. The same Consultant will be with you all of the way. Once you accept the indicative approval we will arrange to work with you to carryout a check of everything you told us. We will then give you formal loan documents and once you are happy, sign the documents. When we receive your signed documents we then deposit the money into your account.
