Eco-Farmers is a proud Australian company who has been providing the Australian food industry with quality Antipasto products for the past ten years. The mission of Eco-Farmers is “to provide a slice of authentic Italian culture to the tables of all Australians”, with respect to both eating satisfaction and food safety (HACCP).

Over the past 20 years the eating habits of Australians have undeniably transformed to incorporate new exotic foods that are consumed on a regular basis. As a result of this trend Eco-Farmers has established a range of Antipasto products that included marinated grilled vegetables, filled olives, filled pepper bells, olives marinated or in brine and marinated baby octopus.

Eco-Farmers are a local Sydney producer, who prides itself on the high quality of all products. Only superior produce is used during the manufacturing process which is sourced from around the world and Australia.

Currently our antipasto range is available at local supermarkets, delis, fruit stores and independent speciality stores across the east coast of Australia.

Ever conscious of the Australian market, Eco-Farmers has created a range of products with a significant point of difference, No Artificial Preservatives or Flavours. Instead ingredients such as oil and white wine vinegar are used as natural preservatives, this method of manufacture is aligned specifically with the fact that majority of Australian’s observe healthy lifestyles.
