The computer technicians (Lewis and Eric) here are inexperienced, incompetent and dishonest. When I picked my computer up, I paid for the work and was told by both that it was working OK and had been "started 20 or 30 times", only to find out when I took it home that it would not start at all (it kept aborting the booting process then attempting to start again and again). The CPU cooling fan literally fell off the CPU heat sink when another technician opened the case. It turned out that the Mother Board needed to be replaced because it had a burnt out circuit. I believe that they both knew full well it had a serious problem. This was very shoddy workmanship and I was charged for it.

Stay away!! They go by OZ buy on ebay. Bought a laptop from them last year. Hard drive died and I've been trying to get an invoice from them for my warranty. They quoted $25 (and then $22) to look up my invoice on their end and couldn't get an explanation as to why. smh

Very bad service I think most products are fake not a genuine products I think most of these are from china cheap products

Service is so unbelievably bad. Just stay away. Advise that things are ready for pick up, then you turn up (in the city) and they say 'sorry'.

Bought a laptop online but decided to pick up at the store. After receiving the laptop I found that the boot up process was being looped, resulting in the laptop stuck in the boot up process. Returned to the store, and was given thoughtful and friendly service. Laptop problem was fixed within the week. Very trustable and thoughtful.

Dealt with the company via EBay in which I purchased the ASUS N551JQ, which came out of the box as Defective on Arrival with a defective solid state hard drive.

I noticed in the negative feedback of their ebay page, the same laptop I purchased had been bought by another customer who had the same DOA problem.

I can't help but wonder if I was sent their returned laptop.
