I visit Eden Laser Clinic Hornsby for a full body laser treatment at the moment. I did all of my sessions with Honey and I am fully satisfied with her job. She is so kind and she knows her job very well. Her attention to the customer requirements is exemplary. Thanks Honey.

I started visiting Eden Laser Clinic Hornsby more than 2 years ago. I did some sessions with different personnel. But some months ago I found Honey and I can't work with anyone else. She did a great job. She is detailed and her customer service is excellent. I recommend her for any treatment there. She is definitely some levels above other staffs there.

I highly recommend Hornsby Eden laser clinic for your treatments as I had excellent experience with one of its staff named 'Honey' for my full leg hair removal.
She is so professional in her job and gave me great information about my skin and how she is gonna do treatment and what happened after doing hair removal.
Her treatment was so impressive and efficient for me. I am very satisfied with her job and Eden clinic.

The lovely lady "Honey"did an extremely fantastic job and she made me so comfortable,which was great.The price was very affordable and I am amazed and thrilled that the hair reduction results were so obvious.

Extremely rude staff members. I went in to ask about prices and discuss my skin type etc. One staff member started walking away while I was still talking to her and other one started talking to her completely ignoring me discussing their lunch. They just pointed me to the price list does that replace a consult.
You wanna feel comfortable with the person doing laser on you I wasn't even comfortable talking to these people.
They acted like I was wasting their time. I wanted to book in but they obviously didn't want my business.

I went to laser clinics instead and they were lovely.

The lady's are very professional and do an excellent job at Hornsby Eden, I highly recommend Ashleigh as she had consern for my comfort and didn't miss a spot!

I used to go to Nirvana Hair & Beauty for laser treatment. Unfortunately, they've closed down so I decided to drop into Eden and ask for a price match. Initially, the staff informed me that it's possible given I have evidence (receipt) of service and provide that to the manager who would be in the next day. I booked an appointment the following day and was greeted by quite a rude manager upon requesting for the price match (that the staff had promised me the previous day). The manager basically told me a different story to the staff, that she couldn't price match with a business that's closed and casually replied with a "cool okay" when I told her laser clinics were willing to match. Extremely disappointing customer service and a waste of time.

On a side note, laser clinics in Hornsby did a price match within 5 mins so I would highly recommend taking your business to a company that values their customers.

I'm always treated by very lovely and kind ladies who work professionally and efficiently each 6 weeks for my laser appointment. Would definitely recommend. Today I was served my Marlee at hornsby, but all the other girls are just as lovely. I've been going for a whole year.

I was recommended by a friend to try Eden and I was blown away by the service and cleanliness of this practice. I went in last week and I had a young girl, Anneliese and she was so helpful and understanding as I had never had laser done before. She sat with me in a consult and explained everything to me that we would be doing and I couldn't have asked for a better first treatment. I highly recommend her to everyone. I live an hour away and travel to Hornsby just for my laser as this is where I feel the most welcomed. Thankyou to the girls at Eden Laser Clinics! You're all amazing!

Visited this clinic as a once off as I was close by for work and I was super impressed with how well the clinic is run. I didn't have an appointment but the girls fit me in anyway. It was the most thorough treatment I've ever had. The clinic was spotless and my therapist, Marlee, was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.
