Loretta founded Eden Yoga out of a passion for yoga, health and nutrition. She has a desire to help people improve their lives physically and emotionally.
Loretta completed a counselling course and has worked as a social worker for many years. In addition to this, Loretta has also worked as an actor and movement teacher which all inform her classes which are inspiring and enjoyable.
Eden Yoga caters for beginners to advanced and will come to your home or office for private classes.

Loretta has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and her practice helped her overcome her anxiety after having her first child. After many stressful years of infertility, anxiety and insomnia become the two major side effects. . . Fortunately, both of these negative conditions were overcome after returning to a regular yoga practice.
