Receptionist Asian lady was sooo rude (no all of them tbh! so unprofessional, surprised they have jobs there) - I have told people not to go there at all. Doctors are very professional though - Barbara is the best. Customers should be looked after and treated with care and good bedside manner... this is not the case here. Shocking Customer Service!!! ADVICE: get new receptionists who actually want to be there and look after the clientele that go there! all about customer service

A no care attitude permeates this medical centre. I had a very bad experience many years ago and avoided it for years but circumstances changed and I gave it a second chance which wás pleasent much to my surprise. Unfortunately my next visit confirmed my initial feelings. Surly reception, matched by equally uninterested and outright rude doctor who unrelated to my consultation, despite being informed that I had no symptoms prescribed a prescription drug with the line it wont make a difference. I will have to return to get results but dread the prospect.

Receptionist are rude and abrupt, everytime i call or go there they are the same. One in particular. Some can be really polite and kind and they used to be great but the receptionists now are just plain rude.

I absolutely can't recommend this place. Very rude staff (the receptionists and doctors). The service was pretty poor in contrast to other medical centers we visited before. Double bay doctors down the road is so much better, professional, clean and friendly!!

Rude, unhelpfull and they make you wait. We boojed an app at 3 40 for 4. We arrived at 4 and waited for over and hr to be seen. I would have thought they knew when we booked at 3.40 that they were running late. No apologies just rudeness. Not overly confident in their practioners either.

Doctors are fantastic. Most of the reception staff are incredibly rude and dismissive.

No personal service. Can only book appointments online or otherwise are kept on hold for 15+ minutes if you need to speak to a person.
