I am impressed by the staff and the services that this practice has to offer. The treatments I have received from Andrea and Micky over the past year have been exceptional and the physio's are very supportive.

The Key Moves exercise classes have me moving and breathing at a far more efficient level than when I first came to the practice.
Reception is run by an extremely competent woman who handles all inquiries pleasantly and efficiently.

My Dr referred me to Edgecliff Physio whilst I was waiting (6 weeks to get in) to see the specialist at St Vincents as i was looking at having to have a neck operation.

To say the least I'm indebted to Sherstons treatment as it saved my health, sanity (anyone ever in pain knows what I mean) and a neck operation. The specialist could not believe the results achieved.

The practices nurturing, holistic and caring approach I found to be a pleasant surprise from other practices where you're just another number, here you're a person that is truly cared about.

I could not recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been receiving treatment from Andrea and attending classes for 4 months now with incredible results. After injuring my back years ago during child birth I had searched everywhere for something that could get me pain free most of the time and these people are it! Cannot recommend it highly enough to everyone I travel an hour and a half to attend this centre and it is well worth it.

I've had regular physio sessions with Caroline since October 2009 when I had a serious horse riding accident. Caroline has enabled and helped me to maintain a very active lifestyle, and together we have "managed" my injuries effectively.
Caroline is professional, experienced and super to deal with.
The clinic admin staff have always been helpful and accomodating.

Appalling customer service. My therapist offered no concrete advice, and failed to notify me of a follow-up appointment that was necessary with another clinic. Would strongly recommend finding a different business.

One name. Micky Yim. Many of the others are pretty good or even very good but Micky is exceptional.

I received a letter demanding I pay an apparent invoice threatening further action... did not receive any phone calls or emails regarding this bill. Horrible and unfair customer service and appalling lack of communication. I will NEVER go back.
