Great customer service.
Had an issue with some parts and Jess called me back straight away. She had everything sorted on the spot and the parts arrived at my door within afew days.

My purchase of a 30M Air Hose Reel (via Ebay) was pleasant and the receipt of the air hose reel was even better. With the money I paid I did not expect such a well constructed, smooth running reel, with a top quality air hose, including all fittings and compressor hose. Edisons quick and free postage was the icing on the cake!

I received my parcel on time well packaged easy to put together chain saw about 20min and had the saw running needed larger blade for redgum burl cut it like knife through butter very happy.thank your.will buy more from this company .

Purchased 58V electric lawnmower with 3 batteries. Total purchase over $550. Last week, exactly a year after purchase, all three batteries are faulty, with total value of $450 if purchased separately. I fear purchasing anymore as they surely will result in waste which forces me to throw away the machine and purchase a different brand and model. The company is taking no responsibility and claims it is a consumable and isn't under warranty. I have pretty much thrown away $550 in one year and a heap of waste thanks to Edison's.

This company is all about selling online
good quick service
but if you have a genuine warranty complaint they will jerk you around
to the point where you will just give up
I brought a cultivator which worked fine
but on the second time I used it the starter cord wouldn't recoil

so I contacted the company
they asked me to send a photo which I did

they then acknowledged receiving this and said they would get there technical department to look at

no reply so they again asked me to send the photo

still no joy

EBAY SHOULD BRING SUPPLIER INTO LINE AS THIS HURTS ALL THERE GENUINE SUPPLIERS AS WELL

Brush cutter was delivered extremely fast. The machine was difficult to start at first but then worked like a charm. It is well built and is powerful. It works well on the free edge of the grass but is a bit more fiddly along the wall (I only use it to trim the edge of the lawn)

very co-operative this company deals with customers like they are selling products not just to make money but they really care to please customers there speed of service reliability and trust was the best i have ever experienced. Edisons is know a company that i would love to purchase from . the trust and speed is awesome. purchasing from this company you don't feel as if they are scams like others these are real people that care about there customers and there wants and needs are for customers being happy in which i believe they have satisfied me.

Please, please stay away. Outsourced, offshore customer service. Absolutely the worst experience with an online seller. Sells stock they dont have. Promises a delivery time they cant meet. Posts out the item 4 days after receiving the money. There is nothing they sell that you cant get from other online suppliers at the same price but far better service. Please do yourself a favour - stay away from this seller

I Purchased a 24" 82cc MTM chainsaw from Edisons, it had an issue which was sorted with Edisons promptly sending me replacement parts. With some minor adjustments I now have a an awesome saw that has plenty of power for getting through the toughest of Aussie hard woods, I do recommend replacing the Chinese spark plug with a quality brand name one.
You would need to spend over $1000 more to match this one.

Boy did I learn a lesson!

From the super fast dispatch and delivery exceeding expectations to the product aesthetics and functionality.

I don't know how Aqua One justify charging 5 times as much for lesser flow rates and fewer bells and whistles.

Just need to convince the wife to let me buy another!

Great to deal with. Already cheap, then a $20 cash back, then another $15 voucher. Had a small issue, and Edisons communication reply was simply brilliant --- went way further than what was expected. No problem at all.

Despite the mock up in the profile pictures Edisons is not an actual shop. It is a warehouse with all customer service reps working from a call center in India (feel free to ring them yourself). They have very little knowledge about their product range or stock levels. After being told an item was in stock by one call center operator I ordered it. I was then called back later that day to be told by another that the product wouldn't be in stock for another 3 weeks. No idea what the actual quality of their items are like, just be aware you are basically dealing with an online version of a television shopping network.

Excellent service, fast delivery, unpacked the Auger, put it together, put in the fuel and it started first rime. Hard clay soil, we drilled a hole in seconds and planted our first fruit tree. Daughter borrowed it to plant all her hedge, now we are using it to drill the holes for the steel sleeper retainers. Its a breeze. And we are in our 70s so can recommend this

My first Baumer commercial jackhammer was leaking oil from day one. I returned it and they replaced it under warranty as they found it had a cracked casing. The returns process was slow and painful, I live 5km from their warehouse but was told I couldn't return it directly, I had to send them photos and then had to wait for a courier to pick it up and then wait for the replacement to be delivered, the whole process took 2 weeks. I wasted $300 on a skip bin that day there and couldn't be filled.

My replacement now also has sprung a leak and the trigger handle has fallen off within 1hr of use. I am now going through the same drawn out returns process with photos etc while I have another wasted skip bin because they won't allow me to return it to their local warehouse.
Their Baumer brand is cheap crap that breaks, don't waste your money and time.

Purchased a concrete saw from them and it did not start and I took it back and they had someone looking at it and told me its fine and come and collect it. I have a mechanical back ground and know 100% there was a fault and it did not start, they just found one that did and offered it to me. although I wanted a refund they did not give it instead offered me a store credit. I will not purchase anything from these guys so definitely do not want a store credit. My advise is they sell cheap stuff and they know it, as a result the quality of the products I purchased are poor and trying to get a refund after you know the product is no good is hopeless because you will not get it. do not buy from these guys if you want a product that is trouble free....

Do not buy any thing from these thieves.
The call is taken somewhere in asia. If you are on A long drive to get there they wont even wait 5 or more minutes for you so you can actually collect what you paid for. Business is nat all about taking customers money.
Doesnt matter if your 5 minutes away or 5 hours, they shut at 3pm sharp.
Add to that they dont even run and test their stock before they give it to you. I bought an air compressor that worked for 15 minutes and then locked solid as they sold it without oil in it, a very easy thing for them to manage and avoid customers being majorly put out.
Thinking the best of these people I took it back hoping for an exchange or refund. Nope!
The inhouse "technician" clearly had seen this before went strait to the problem, this is after I practically begged them to come outside ( from behind the bars they do business behind) the building to see the Compressor they wanted me to comeback the next day and leave it there with them.
They Blamed me for buying a cheap item online, blamed me for lying, blamed lack of following the instructions which they had jimmied open the crate to put in.
It cost $1300 to purchase the item and $2000 for the loss of work.
If you want to rip up some money and wast precious hours buy from Edisons.
Any place that askes for your drivers licence number and makes you sign for your product (From their behind bars pickup counter) before handing it over is quite clearly up to no good from the get go.
Dont waste your time or money with this company.

I bought 37kg of scrap metal and plastic from Edisons. It was advertised as a pressure washer on the website. When it arrived the hose real was broken, it leaked water, it wouldn't start and when it did start it cut out after about 10 seconds. The one time i got it running for more than 10 seconds the spray lance burst open and shot off at high pressure. extremely dangerous. I called them about the problem but was cut off several times. Once I eventually contacted them via email I was told I was outside the 60 days and I have to pay for returning the item. They said this is how they keep their costs down. I explained that I raised the issues inside of the 60 days but they said they had no record. How convenient. I've emailed them back and forth and keep getting the same cut and paste responses from the customer service center in the Philippines.
