HR Consultancy
• Providing expert advice in all Industrial Relations matters such as FWA Awards, facilitating workplace grievances /disputes through mediation and conciliation.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures for compliance.
• Provide performance management tools and advice for employee improvement /development.
• Implement programs to retain staff, coaching and mentoring tools /programs and incentives.

Permanent Recruitment

A flat fee based on realistic permanent recruitment results, not set on annual remuneration percentages.

Service includes;
• Advertising, screening, interviewing, pre-employment testing (drug and alcohol test, health questionnaire assessment) and reference checking.

On-Site Drug and Alcohol Testing

Provide on-site drug and alcohol assessments analysing non-controlled drugs (alcohol), illicit drugs (cannabis, heroin, cocaine and amphetamines) and over the counter medications (benzodiazepines).

Servicing includes;
• Breath alcohol testing as per AS /3547: 1997 Standards; or
• Urine drug testing as per AS /NZS-4308: 2008 Standards; or
• Oral Fluid drug test as per AS /4760: 2006 Standards.

All testing equipment and laboratory kits supplied.

WHS Consultancy

• Design /implement organisational WHS Management Systems.
• Provide advice, design and implement organisational WHS policies and procedures for compliance.
• Provide consultancy in the risk management process.
• Audit internal processes and report safety improvements and recommendations
