Eficaz is Latin for effective and efficient which are the core principals of Eficaz Consulting (formerly Eficaz Recruiting). Founded in 2017 by best seller author Helen Li, Helen saw a big cultural gap in understanding the needs of Chinese businesses and Chinese business owners operating in Australia, and the huge demand for Human Resources (HR) expertise to assist those businesses. With an initial focus on recruitment services for job seekers and employers, in 2019 Eficaz Consulting shifted its focus to offer full-service HR solutions to serve SME (Small to Medium Enterprises) Chinese and Australian business. This answered the huge demand in Human Resource expertise from Chinese businesses who enter the Australia market and face the challenge to learn about Australian Industrial Relations and Employment Law, establish procedures and systems to managing a diverse workforce, and attract and hire quality talent. The Eficaz Consulting mission is to assist Chinese and Australian business in accelerating their growth in Australia. Looking after their clients' needs by providing a one stop shop Human Resources supplier with a cost-effective quality service from a team that understand both the Australian business landscape and the Chinese culture and customer.
