All treatments are tailor made for my clients needs. I am always striving for the best results and I work with my clients during the treatment to achieve this goal.


I am trained in Sports massages therapy and can help you to recover from injuries. We are all health minded people and understand it is always better to prevent injuries before they happen. After a treatment plan, you will be able to work out harder for longer, which will enable you to reach your goal quicker .


But can incorporate other techniques depending on your needs. In case you are stressed or overworked the treatment will be relaxing and energizing. If you are in pain the techniques I use will be pain relieving. Depending on your needs the treatment can be a full body massage or I can work in a specific area.
