Elana Imogene also travels to you in the comfort of your home. Equipped with all your Hair and Makeup needs, including a basin for you to enjoy a heavenly head massage.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation and parking policy.


When you book an appointment with Elana Imogene Hair & Makeup, unlike other hair and makeup services, we set that time aside just for you.

If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up, it impacts on us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that we have turned away.

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

During busy times of the year, In order to secure your appointment, we require a 50% of total service deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
Elana Imogene will advise when deposit is needed

The deposit may be paid by bank transfer or Cash in the studio. This deposit is held against your booking as a credit towards the scheduled appointment.
(T& C's apply to bookings without deposits. )

• If a cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit is forwarded to the new appointment time.

• If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

• If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee and you may not make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking. If you fail to show for the next scheduled appointment payment will not be refunded.

• If a booking is held with a Gift Voucher, and has a late cancellation, 50% of the Gift Voucher value is forfeited.

• In the case of a Gift Voucher no-show, 100% is forfeited.

• Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place to have the booked service(s) to avoid losing their deposit.

Elana Imogene, in return, will reduce your appointment cost by 20% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice (due to staff illness etc) – After all, it’s only fair.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call Elana Imogene.
Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining, and will be regarded as a late cancellation.
It is essential that you contact Elana Imogene, at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that we can try to accommodate you.

Note: Exemptions can be made at Elana Imogene's discretion.

PARKING
* You will need to ensure that parking is available at the location. Parking fees may apply and are payable upon arrival.

* Any infringements and or towing fees that occur while parking Elana Imogene's vehicle, in parking organised by the client, must be paid by the client.
(Your local council will have visitor parking tickets. )
