Elite Dental

Have been there for 5-6 times in the last year mostly for regular checking, cleaning and filling. Initially quite happy with the service as both the dentist and staff were friendly and professional. However, the last time I went there about a week ago for the same cleaning service, the dentist and the assistant kept talking to each other about their new jobs and not wholly focused on the work they did. Besides the normal discomfort during the cleaning process, I found out some blood coming out from my mouth from the injury my gum suffered during the cleaning about an hour later. I did not drink or eat anything after the cleaning so the bleeding can only be caused by the careless work. Now I feel like a bit reluctant to go back to the same place for dental care in future.

Been going there for years and have always found the staff professional and knowledgeable.
