Went in to reduce my mild Acne, Wasn't told that ominlux could bring out cold sores . I had a massive outbreak which spread to 7 lesion at once and had to get anti viral medication because it keep spreading, So embrassed to even go outside. My acne is no better neither.

Medium service caused some burning

They sold an expired item - one year old ! The Indian appearance lady was rude when I asked for the refund. I emailed to the manager to process the refund but I have not heard anything for a week and I had to call 2-3 times to follow up. The store name has changed but they are located in the same address/place. I do not deal with this franchised business. The customer service manager at the head office is also rude and not professional at all.

User

I've been going here for several months and have enjoyed every treatment and always look forward to my next facial. Nice, friendly service too.

User

I paid $1000 for your "forever young" program, I was overseas for 9 months, not for once did your staff tell me there was an expiry date, on the voucher I received for this program, there was no mention of any expiry date... I came back and you now tell me I cannot use the remaining $800 balance because it is over 12 months!!! What a ripoff!!! Do Not Recommend at all!!!!

User

Extremely disappointed with the service & I felt like I was not a paying customer. They made me feel like I was just a piece of furniture. :/ Social skills are terrible & didn't feel very welcomed :(

Also, I was not too happy with the waxing, I asked her if she can shape it a bit better. She rolled her eyes and said "lay down" (very rudely)

Im 22 years old and decided to take care of my skin ☺ i went into ella rouge parramatta and was happy on my first vist my clenser had ran out so i went back to top up i was greeted by and indian lady who was in a rush and did not take me sirously she asked me what i was after i told her a clenser and told her my skin is oly and breaks out and that recently i have noticed a colour change around my eye area and it was darker than my skintone she quickly showed me some proudcts i felt rushed as im new to skin care i had no idea what the proudcts do so i asked her questions and she breifly answerd me she told me that if i wanted the colour under my eyes to go i should use this cream 1 in the morning and 1 at night and in a couple of weeks the colour will be gone so i ended up purchasing the 2 eye creams and the cleanser and a sunscreen that makes the face not oily $365 when i got home i got online to research how to use the creams as she was to rushy to explain and guess what the eye creams that were $110 each are for fine lines and rinkles im 22 i dont have rinkles or fine lines i have a colour pigmentation problem im furious i want to go back and ask for a refund but i opend the boxes so i no they are not going to do that for me im just so angry that she has given me false information and $200 is in the bin she should not be working in the shop if she has no idea what she is recommending she needs to be educated the first lady was fantastic and made me feel so happy but this indian lady had no clue and only cared about a big sale under her name and the most expensive products .

My understanding of entering a day spa is that you are paying that little bit extra for the service and experience of a calm and relaxing environment. If you agree I suggest in my experience Parramatta Ella Rouge is NOT the place to go. Thankfully I was there for a short visit, during my treatment I had to listen to dance music piped through the room. Also had the treatment room door left wide open, not sure if this was due to practitioner choosing to leave it open or if it was because the door was broken. Overall terrible experience sadly my once favorite place is no longer.

Don't come here! Staff are rude and unprofessional, they can't even get the simple things right like letting you know before turning on the bright lights in the room after you just had a facial with the lights dimmed. Also the staff chatter so loudly outside the rooms that my facial was just overpowered by the noise. They also push to sell and rush you once they are done. Not impressed at all. Their website looks fantastic, but their treatment rooms are horrible. Felt like I was in a prison sick bay. The staff were rude and fake. Don't Go Parramatta Ella Rouge save your money and time!!!

User

Sorry to say but ella rouge parramatta 2016 felt like a complete waste of time only doing 30 min of a full hour body massages which is an hour long apparently only to go on to the facial and ensure me that not to worry I will continue your massage once the facial is done to then rush me out and only seemed worried to sell me their facial packages which I would have but the service was so bad I recommend you don't go here a complete waste of your money !!!! Only seem to have good reviews from four years ago don't go to ella rouge parramatta !!!!!

One of the most degrading, humiliating and appauling experiences I have received from any beauty service I have ever been too!
Given the price of the treatment I had high expectations, I was physically handled incredibly roughly and poorly leaving my skin red, marked and burning. My '60 minute, $120 treatment' was completed within 15 minutes and top it off, with an incredibly dry attitude and a bit of sass was told to enquire about Botox and filler treatments at the end of the service. A short dark haired exotic decent female served me. Not a dollar more from myself or friends will be put back in this company or store. Good luck!

User

Go here for all my waxing services and it's great, most of the staff are lovely and really personable, however, there are one or two that can be rude. Whilst waxing services are pretty decent priced, the treatments and laser is really expensive, other than that I would recommend.

User

I've been coming to Ella rouge for about 4 years now. I can't fault the service. Always professional and welcoming. All the women that work there are friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend coming here!!

User

Love Ella Rouge at Castle Towers ... Have had facials, waxing and massages over the last 10years at this salon and the staff have always been personable, courteous and know their products.

User

Warning to all customers with nut allergies, their products contain nuts. I had a severe allergic reaction after an eyebrow wax and staff were extremely rude when approached with this matter. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

It was ok, however for whatever reason (maybe money, organisational and idk what else) we were made to drive 5 or 6 times (we dont live that close) - 3 times in one week consecutively day after day just for this procedure. This was before the relocation of the store and was the older ish store and we had a blonde lady with pale skin and kind of small beady eyes. We saw a huge sign that said discount for laser. Firstly the laser was not THAT effective and doesnt justify the price. We weren't that knowledgable but this is a spa not a professional plastic surgeon or dermatologist practice as I would know now. It was also quite painful and abusive for my mum even with numbing cream (which we told her to use more of) as I heard her screaming while I was made to sit outside the room and I dont know what happened. She said her whole body was twitching and spasming to pain. My mum is also tolerant of pain as she has gone through alot. Even though this laser was discounted, it was still very expensive and not worth it... Thank god I was there before and after the procedure as otherwise my asian mother may have been taken advantage of - as there were definitely no asians there. Even though I was there the service could have been better specifically the whole lot of things that were listed clearly on the brochure that was not done and it felt like everything I had to question and it's times like this I had to assert myself and I'm usually not assertive or that brave or that thick skinned Shameless you now but single that money kind of given to them I was like yeah they need to to everything that was kind of listed in this package specifically after the laser will I meant to have after care in terms of different West roses and creams she was meant to you know I do it herself but she didn't until after I yelled at her and she probably used testers whatever and it was said in the package that they'll be makeup to cover up the redness and I had to remind her to and the make of shoes was the wrong colour whatever, she decided to take "before and after" photos on her phone and not a professional camera. She didnt use flash. Later on she didnt even bother to take after photos to compare... Was it because there wasnt a huge difference or laziness idk and so much more things that happened. Oh and there was meant to be a "post procedure" appointment which never happened or she never called us and we had to go in to the store ourselves and she didnt look that pleased to see us and just sat us outside in the waiting area and talked for 2 minutes about nothing. she was quite frustrated with me because of this when i pointed out stuff she was meant to do anyway I don't know if it was out of laziness or because we were Asian. I didn't see a lot of young beautiful people going in there only very old people who are lonely and need someone to talk to when they were doing her nails.

Lovely store on the ground floor of this Westfield at the Woolworths end. Staff here are friendly and attentive and it always feels nice coming into the store, like a little Oasis from the hustle and bustle.

Best parking option for coming here is to park on the roof close to the cinemas. Come down the cinema escalators and then take the escalators to the right until you reach the ground floor. The store will be just to your left when you exit the last escalator.
