Do NOT go get your brows waxed here. The lady will sit there and pluck each individual hair and say your skin is "too oily" for the wax - even when 100s of other people haven't had a problem using wax. She also ignored my request to keep my arch shape and proceeded to flatten them in an attempt to "even them out". She also failed to clean the top of my brows even when I specifically asked her to halfway through the treatment. I paid for a wax not for you to half ass pluck a couple of hairs and claim my brows look good. sorry not going back and do not recommend.

Total shocker. Used rubber gloves so having them on your face felt and smelt gross. Less than 30 mins for a quick cleanse and micro is an utter rip off at $99. Was a walk in. A mistake. Should've read the other appalling reviews first!
