Our Lebanese cuisine is made daily on the premises using only the finest and freshest ingredients insisted upon by my Master Chef Fay.

Chef Fay opened her first Lebanese Restaurant in Sydney in 1973 where it quickly became a favourite with expats and locals alike. Since then, she has operated several successful establishments in Sydney winning rave reviews for her recipes. Chef Fay's recipes have featured in Charmaine Solomon's (famous cookbook author).

Now Fay is back to provide you with a dining experince that will linger in the mind long a it leaves the palate.

Lebanese dining is a social affair where meals are shared and are best eaten accompanied by Lebanese bread with your fingers.
