Working within creative agencies, RPO's and leading inhouse global employment brand teams, she has successfully translated marketing and communications concepts to the world of HR to attract, recruit and retain talent. People can come up with great, creative ideas all of the time but ideas are only one piece of the puzzle. The other piece is thinking through how ideas can be put in action.
