After spending $80,000 with this entity, we call them ONCE in 5 years as a poorly designed drawer/hinge formation in a bedroom cupboard meant that a hinge fell off. Google the broken Blum hinge - no longer available.
I called them to ask if they could send Mohammed out to repair it or recommend someone who could help me.
“Unfortunately we are not able t o help you on this occasion” comes the terse response from Lynette Singleton office manager.
Thanks heaps. Happy to take all the cash at the time.
