Empower Physio and Pilates is a physiotherapy and pilates service located opposite Collaroy Beach on the picturesque Sydney Northern Beaches. Treatment is targeted at 'empowering' you to be a better version of yourself and returning to the activities that you love, better, faster and stronger. There is a strong focus on identifying what is causing your pain and working out how to not only fix it, but prevent it from happening again. We genuinely want you to move freely and not be restricted by pain.

Empower Physio and Pilates also offers Clinical Pilates by an APPI trained Physiotherapist. Clinical Pilates can aid as a treatment in training various core muscles to activate optimally in functional movement patterns. By re-training these muscles with Clinical Pilates exercises, pain can be reduced in addition to gaining strength, stability and flexibility. Whether it is incorporated into some of the treatment exercises, private 1 on 1 classes or you have progressed into a small group class, Empower has an option to accommodate for you.
