EMS Group are taking the next steps in safety and compliance rolling out a new EMS App to assist us in the management of our safety, learning and compliance requirements.
The software will give us the ability to continuously improve safety and compliance outcomes across the group and further engage our employees in this important process, as well as providing a learning platform to manage our training, identify opportunities and support the ongoing learning and development of our staff.

Another substation out the door. EMS Group’s Electrical Division recently completed this substation for a tunnelling client in Sydney. Since January EMS have built and delivered over 40 substations to clients as part of our hire fleet with now over 200 assets on hire across Australia and with a large international presence developing, this number will soon increase.

We're committed to safety across all our work sites. As part of this commitment, we undertake random and blanket drug and alcohol screening by qualified testers on our sites and at client or partner organisation work sites where our employees are based. This week our qualified testers visited a rail site where our employees are operating the on-hire equipment.
