Terrible terrible terrible BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. Once they finished cleaning I had to re-clean my own toilet and windows. Worst service ever. They arrived 3 hours late and stayed for half the promised time

It's a scam. realesate had to bring their own people in which cost me another $340.00 When we asked dany to go back and about his refund guarantee he said he'd only go if we RE-PAID.
We were provided photos and his work was horrendous! There are around 50 GOOGLE reviews for his other cleaning company trading names he runs under, all complaints. I am currently working with fair trading on this case and anyone that has been dooped by him should do this also! He wrote me an email saying " you should all take me to court, see if i care" ( in broken english).

At first he is very friendly Danny (Indian Background), makes a cheaper quote than the other companies. at that stage $205 for a 4 bedroom house and 2.5 bathroom and no Carpet.
On the day the was cleaning crew was late and instantly I received a call from him saying the house was dirty (well that's why I was hiring them for) so he said it would be some extras on the price to be added and the total would go to $500. I said no and we negotiated to $460. He promised that the job would be done and anything missing the staff would go back and clean. and he needed the payment ASAP before start the job. In a good will I did.
After the job done I went with the RealState to hand the keys back, A lot of job dirty was left behind, Greasy Oven and untouched (dipping fat) chimney hood filter, wardrobe door trays dirty, Garage hasn't been swiped, backdoor entrance not swiped, toilet ceiling mold not done properly.
I called him and explained the situation, and ask to someone to go back and finish the job so I could get my bond back, now is where the problems starts.
All the issues addressed to him he had an excuse, he never admitted to be wrong, I sent him pictures and asked to be worked out today as the house need to be ready for next tenants.
I called him today to organize, guess what, he never pick up the phone, so I called from another number and he pick up, I asked what was happening he said he was busy and was calling me back, I said I wanted to sort that out now and see what time the cleaners would go back to finish the job. he insisted to call me back, I said I needed to sort this out as it is a urgency, so then we said "MATE YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT" repeatedly I and hung up on me.
I guess this is not the kind of treatment you expect from a cleaning company where you just expended $460 to clean your house.
Don't waste you money with this guy, very bad and no matter what happens do not go with him!

Best cleaning service. At the end of last week, me and my partner had to move to our new home. The house we were renting for last 10 years was in a total mess, so we arranged end of lease cleaning because we couldn't handle all cleaning our self in order to receive our bond money back. We seen many offers from different cleaning companies but We finally chose End Of Lease Cleaning - Tricity Cleaning. The house looked like in the day we moved in 10 years ago.
