We have used Energi Computing on a couple of occasions- the service and knowledge has been great- They fixed the unfixable (as quoted from other stores) and provided a fast and affordable service. Will definitely recommend them.

A good place to get your computer parts and spares from, reasonable prices and god customer support

Friends and I went in looking for a component to buy on the spot and hopefully get some advice. However, we were met with the worst customer service experience we have ever had the displeasure to be a part of.

Writing a review is something I usually only do if I am very happy with the product, service or experience. I feel like sharing it with others makes the world a slightly better place. Also, I work in sales and know how much of a boost it can be to hear/read positive feedback from satisfied customers.

This review is not for that purpose.
Instead of helpful advice, we were met with rude comments and we felt extremely unwelcome. To top it all off, there was very little stock available.

Gosford is a small community. I feel saddened that uninformed customers deal with it.
