I am a student with Fit College Australia, studying Certificate III in Fitness

I am a new mum and also a qualified Dietitan & Nutritionist with a passion for health and keeping fit. I love anything physical, especially running, weights, surfing and yoga, and a day is never complete for me unless I've made the time to do something active!
I've recently embarked on the journey to become a exercise instructor, and wholistically help others improve their health and fitness through learning to love healthy eating and exercising.
