Enmore Medical Practice

This practise has a very negative vibe. I have been here around 5 times and the receptionists are extremely rude! The doctors try to rush patients and there is no personal approach - you're just a number here. They push as many people through a day as possible.

The doctors I’ve seen here are either incompetent or indifferent. I’ve always left here feeling either stupid for daring to bother their busy day, or baffled by their advice and going elsewhere for second opinion. Complete waste of time either way. Even though I live in Enmore I now travel to either Glebe or Ultimo to see a competent caring GP.

The first practice I've been where every staff member I've come across genuinely cares

I saw Dr Vijaya and thought she was helpful, knowledgeable and competent. I wpuld definitely recommend her.

Manar the physiotherapist is amazing. She is the best therapist ever.

I gave 1 star because there was no option to leave 0 stars. Terrible service from the Doctor as not only did he gave the imaging place wrong details and hence the imaging place was unable to proceed the request. Took them 2 days to "process" the new request form which was a form with only 8 words.... incredibly slow and slack

I've been through a lot of crap practices looking for a good GP and I've finally found a good one. Dr Jayaram was warm, efficient, and clear in both her diagnosis and advice.
Side note: I saw Cassy Workman for years before I moved away and it was her pure excellence that made the search for a new doctor hard. She's fantastic.

Dr Hiley is wonderful but seems to be no longer working at Enmore.

I'm SO glad a friend referred me to Dr Cassie Workman. Such a relief to find a bulk billing doctor that actually listens and offers good advice. She's great for a chat and a laugh as well, I always leave feeling assured and good about the experience.

I had a lovely visit with Dr Dino Fattore, who helped me with my travel vaccines. He is such a lovely Doctor!. I then saw Nurse Robbie who managed to calm my nerves with his charming personality. Such a fantastic Nurse who was made for the role. A wonderful experience! Thank you!!

Booked in for an appointment specifically saying I need a health check up and pathology. Was give a time by the receptionist and was advised that pathology will be open then. Miracle on the day the pathology lab was closed due to holidays. I asked the a lady on the counter why wouldn't you advise if the place is closed today noting I specifically wanted a check up and blood test. This lady who the website says is the practice manager instead of being apologetic, she basically implied it's not her problem and that it's closed and it's not part of the practice. I'm not asking for a refund but some empathy where I took the day off specifically for this. She suggested I go to leichardt. It's not convenient for me nor is it close by. Very poor form and poor customer service. I have this experience before with this particular lady, she's often rude and defensive. Not suitable for working in an environment where people are sick. Mind you the lady on the phone and doctors are kind.
