Very unhappy experience with their customer service. Visited one of the thai restaurants in crows nest. The merchant refused to redeem the voucher as they claim the voucher is only applicable for dinner whereas there were NO limits written on the voucher. I have given my feedback to entertainment book and they verified the voucher should be valid at the time of redemption. They claimed they filed the case and the merchant would contact me shortly but NEVER HAPPEN. I contacted entertainment book several times aftewards and they always said they would get back to me but NEVER HAPPEN. It's not a lot of money but the experience is very unpleasant. Be careful when you try to redeem the voucher, ask before you eat!
