Bargaining Support / Negotiation of enterprise agreements - Assisting employers navigate all stages of the bargaining process from commencing bargaining, through negotiating an enterprise agreement, to obtaining FWC approval. ER /IR compliance - Assisting employers become compliant with their applicable legislation and industrial instruments, such as their modern awards or enterprise agreements.
