Great physio. Tried them as they were close to work after a hamstring injury, and Nick has been professional, helpful, a great listener, gives good exercises, massage, dry needling, the works. Available on email and phone for questions too. Nice clean rooms. Recommended

I found Holly McRae through a Google search looking for a physio who uses acupuncture near to my work. She's a great physio and when I have a new sports injury I've continued to see her even though I now work over the bridge. She's professional and personable, and really helps to get me back in the action! I highly recommend her.

Highly recommend seeing Holly at Ergoworks. She was able to identify my issue swiftly and get to work on correcting it. Also very impressed with the technology used to provide stretches and exercises (which includes photos and videos to ensure they are being done correctly) and reminders to keep me in check and the opportunity to provide feedback between visits. A really friendly team and fantastic and service.

Nick is amazing! I feel so much better and can see the difference the sessions are making. He has been so great and really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend Nick and the team to anyone.
