Erin Dawson - Cake Artist

I create and decorate cakes for special occasions.

Originally from the Southern Highlands, Erin moved to Wollongong to study Law and Fine Art. After graduating in 2003, Erin moved to Sydney to purse her career in law. After marriage then came children and the birthday cakes that comes along with having children. Erin once again found an outlet for her creative side. As she improved her cake creations over the years, family and friends have encouraged her to start her own business.

Whilst still very much enjoying working part time as a solicitor in the CBD, Erin finds the time to pursue her love of creating cakes during the rest of the week. She especially appreciates the role she plays in someone’s special day whether it is a birthday, wedding or baby shower.
