Extremely disappointed with this place. Pre-order balloons not ready on arrival, staff could not care at all and we're very rude. Order put together in a rush and was not to the quality expected. Given they were at fault this was most unexpected. Suggest you shop elsewhere and avoid dealing with this place, there are more deserving shops that would be happy to take your money with good service and a smile!

Got a great costume and it fits really well thanks guys for letting me try on many costumes to get it right you went above and beyond I will be back for my next party event !!!

I have used this shop as a one stop party shop for years. The staff are always very helpful with suggestions for my plans. Over the years I have got everything from lights and decorations through to balloons and good quality costumes.

Been a loyal customer for the 9 years I've lived here. They have always had what i needed and at a reasonable price. Lots of options in the costumes as well..... very pleasurable experience everytime ive been there to do business.
