great store. lots of choice

Store is a little bit outdated. Needs a refresh. I'll generally only buy things if they're on sale.
Layby option for 6 months is great. Staff helpful in loading packages in car for you.
Got all my nursery furniture from there.
Staff had a mishap with taking layby payments when I was there but they found a solution asap for me.

did not have a good experience at this store. Staff were slow and couldn't find the products we were looking for. In the end we waited 40 minutes for our mattress. Disappointing.

Fantastic staff and range

Staff are friendly but it feels like they are always under staffed. Good place to shop for presents

Understaffed by very young, inexperienced employees. If you know what you're looking for, great. If not, well good luck...

Our kids love this place however I do recall the range being better when I was younger.
