The products and fragrances are excellent, and the ladies on the live chat are fabulous. But as of late their postage and freight costs have sky rocketed from what they use to be. Also now charging double delivery fees if items from one order is in Melbourne and the other in Sydney.

Good product, reasonable price but a bit slow with customer service at front of house. Warehouse team are excellent!

The shop set up is great! You can go up stairs and the set up makes it easy to browse, test out fragrance, sizing glass jars etc... Also found the people working their very friendly and helpful.

Website is easy to negotiate and the postage of items is quick. However, unless they are the only place that stock your item, there are cheaper options available for candle making products where the quality is just as good and the customer service is much better. I recently had an issue where two jars I purchased were broken upon delivery. They were obviously broken before being sent as no damage to the parcel in transit and they were in different boxes. When I requested a replacement, which no other supplier I deal with has an issue with, I was told they don't replace that particular jar due to it's breakable nature... Seems all glass products would fall into this category. I was advised it did state this on the website; however, I had purchased the product by going directly to the product through the 'Search' button on the home page, not through the product category listing. Due to this, I had not seen the warning about this as it was only on the start of the category listing. I was given a minimal credit which would not cover purchasing replacement items and then paying freight costs for a second time. I purchase a lot of candle supplies due to my small business and avoid Eroma now unless it is a product only they stock.
