I've been a customer of this particular Escape Travel store for nearly 3 years, I've seen staff come and go but all staff have been helpful and fantastically educated in personally tailoring my holidays, I'm someone that doesn't do traditional tours or accomodation picks, yet the staff always have put together the best itinerary for me working inside my budget.
The current manager (as of June 2017) is sweet and hardworking, she has a very professional and well thought out approach to all customers, and their happiness is her priority.
If you get lucky and get to see my personal travel agent Jade Lamb, you'll quickly see how hard she will work to make your holiday wishes come true, having booked and planned 3 holidays with jade I don't see anyone else coming close to her thorough and direct approach.
