It took over 15 years to be diagnosed as a coeliac which has come at its costs but over the years I have re-created family loved recipes that we can all enjoy. I have had lots of struggles with being gluten free and over the years I have had to eliminate dairy then corn from my lifestyle. I also react topically to wheat. My husband is also gluten free (what are the odds! ) and our oldest daughter is also a coeliac that reacts topically to wheat. Our youngest daughter is allergic to artificial colours and food enhancers.
