Macadamia oil is a lesser known yet excellent massage oil. With a high content of essential fatty acids and nutrients, it is excellent for nourishing and moisturising your skin.
Macadamia oil spreads wonderfully easily across the skin and body in massage treatments.
Macadamia oil has a cosmetic grade of oil, which is what we use in our oil, it has little odour or colour, it absorbs well into the skin and is an excellent ingredient for cosmetic products because of its good abs...orption and moisturising properties.
Macadamia oil can be be boosted by the addition of the following essential oils:
Add 1 drop of Lemon Myrtle essential oil to 20ml of Macadamia oil for an uplifting massage.
Add 5 to 10 drops of Kunzea essential oil to 20ml of Macadamia oil for a soothing muscle and joint massage.
Add 5 to 10 drops of Fragonia essential oil to 20ml of Macadamia oil for a wonderful emotionally relaxing massage.

Rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia) also known as Lavender Tea Tree is just coming into flower in south east Victoria, south eastern NSW and north east Tasmania. It is found in lowland/wetland country.
Rosalina is a good alternative to regular Lavender when you want a calming oil for rest, assisting sleep or reducing stress.
Rosalina essential oil is a little fresher than normal lavender and because of this freshness some people actually prefer Rosalina over Lavender.
... So rest, relax and enjoy some peace with Rosalina essential oil.

In flower right now in north east Tasmania, Kunzea (Kunzea ambigua)
Kunzea essential oil is distilled from the leaf, it is great for sore, tired joints and muscles.
Kunzea essential oil is safe to apply direct to sore/stiff fingers or muscles, ... this oil can be added to a carrier oil at upto 5%, for a beautiful, really soothing massage.
It can also assist red, inflammed skin or skin bites from buzzing little pests which occur at dusk and dawn, just apply direct to the affected area.
It can also be added to spas and saunas to enhance relaxation and assist with happier breathing.
Kunzea oil can also be enhanced with a drop of Australian Sandalwood for an even stronger effect on the sore and stiff muscles. Please enjoy some good relaxation with this oil.
