Up until about a couple of years ago, I thought essential oils were just ‘those smelly oils that you put in oil burners when you get tired of incense making a mess all over the floor'. I used eucalyptus oil to help with my coughs & colds etc, but that was about it.

One day I attended a free workshop to learn all about dōTERRA Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils, and everything changed! !
I didn’t realise that these amazing oils could help enhance our creativity or clarity, or that they could help support emotional balance, a sense of calm, stress relief, healing, and feelings of wellbeing.

As I started to learn more & more about these magical little bottles, I started dragging Ben along to workshops too!
Now we both believe we have discovered something very special! !

Having suffered serious health issues in recent years, we love that we can now help alleviate our illnesses using natural solutions and essential oils…. without the use of those horrible synthetic drugs : (

We believe everyone deserves to live a healthy, happy & stress-free life, and we want to share our experiences & knowledge with you all…if you are open to giving these ‘precious gifts from the earth’ a try, we’d love to share them with you.

We will be posting here lots of other healthy living ideas, tips & tricks that we have found useful & interesting, and hope they will be of benefit to others.

We carry the oils with us everywhere now. We travel with them, use them for cooking in our kitchen, we have several diffusers in the house – our home always smells amazing! and one in the car, we have lots of fun choosing different blends to waft through the air each day. <3
