We are a mobile business, based in Port Macquarie, travelling around the Mid North Coast of NSW helping to SORT PACK TIDY CLEAN Living & Deceased Estates.

Estate Property Services is here to Help in the Hastings Area.

Helping out of area relatives and executors SORT out deceased estate possessions or helping out of area relatives moving family into self-care or aged-care facilities in the Port Macquarie & Hastings area.

We PACK anything that you wish to keep from the estate and can arrange for it to be sent to you. Other items that aren't needed or wanted we try to sell on your behalf, using local second-hand dealers and on-line sites. Reducing the overall cost of our service and in some cases not only covering our costs but also making extra money for the estate.

Other possessions will be donate to a long list of local organisations and business where these possessions can be valued and appreciated by others. Finally disposing any remaining items.

After the property is empty we then CLEAN the home and TIDY the outside space - courtyard /lawns /gardens. Finishing with an empty, clean & tidy property ready for you to sell or rent or finalise the lease.
