The doctors like to stand around and talk about what is on the tv of an evening rather than see the patients.

Worst experience ever! I moved to Ettalong Beach 3 months ago, filled up the application to be a patient of Ettalong Medical Centre 2 months ago, came to make an appointment to get a prescription and they said I'm not able to see a doctor because my application still in process! Well what do I have to do to get just a prescription?! Thank you very much for your help! Rude and not helpful receptionist

Very disappointed that they show such a lack of respect to their patients by booking appointments for 8.30am but doctors don't start till 9am.

Found this behaviour very rude and arrogant suggesting that customers time is not worth anything and only the blessed doctor should be considered.

An hour wait is not uncommon at this practice and you are recommended to phone before attending to confirm how far behind they are running.

I found the receptionist very rude.
