Worst motel ever.. stayed in motel for 2 hours then requested to leave and get a refund due to how un-tidy the place was.. Toilet and shower won't clean someones hair left in the sink. Beds dirty, the whole room had a weird smell and very dusty. The front door didnt even shut properly. No customer service, we explained the situation but were blamed for using the room amenities so why should refund be given because we had already stayed for 2 hours, might I add most of this time was spent having dinner across the road. Which we explained to the lady but just turned into a big argument with staff. In the end it soiled our weekend and end up going back home the same day.
***Waste of money please beware of how bad the conditions are. Staff are very rude and unhelpful***

If i could id have no stars....place was disgusting and stains allover the mattress water was dirty the manager was a disgusting human being she needs to learn what customer service is.

My partner and his children stayed for 1 night and it was a disaster. We will not be back and would not recommend anyone stay there.
Even though the website states rooms have dvd player and microwave they don't. When my partner asked the staff or owner anout the microwave she went into someone else's room and took the microwave out. When asked about dvd player my partner wanted to show the owner the screenshot of the website but she didn't want to see it. The service was poor, air con turns off after 2 mins, fly screens have holes in it so you get eaten by mozzies all night and on top of that you couldn't have a hot or warm shower as when you turned the cold water on it went cold.

The motel was unkept, dated and there was human faeces on the toilet roll holder! Curtains were hanging off the hooks, soap holder was broken off at the wall and there were no spare toilet rolls. The dining chairs were worn with holes in the padding of the chairs. We changed rooms and found it to be no better than the last. As far as the outside went the lawn was unmown and the gardens full of weeds. $143.00 later and not happy!

View was amazing and managment was amazing room that we stayed in was clean thank you for making our stay wonderful l. Will be back again.
