True professionals!
I'm here to do the right thing and support these guys. True professionals, saab specialist like no other in Sydney. I am on my 3rd Saab for the last 15 years and have been to all the independent Saab mechanics in Sydney but have not found anyone as professional, helpful, fair, honest and genuine as these guys. I know that unfortunately Saab are a dying breed but a good mechanic will easily transition to any brand. Once you've reached this level of understanding of your work there is no going back. I would have no hesitation to recommend this business to anyone and would continue to support them because they deserve it.

Owning 2 SAAB's for some time, we need to trust our mechanics and know that they are totally competent and professional in their efforts and dealings with us.

We moved to SAAB Tech only recently. Their service, knowledge and willingness to truly help when you need it, is something I have not experienced for many years of SAAB ownership.

I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants value for money and good old fashioned reliable service from a friendly and committed team.

Steve and Jason offer a very good service and are honest and reliable. They always/usually have a lot of time to talk and communicate about problems with your call or help with tips over the phone even though you are keeping them away from their work. As far as Saabs go obviously you can't go wrong and they always have ready and quick access to a variety of parts suppliers depending on your budget so never need to wait long for a repair or service.

As far as price goes seems reasonable and marginally cheaper than some of the other local euro service centres around that I have tried. They are also turbo specialists so probably worth taking any turbo charged car/make their for servicing or any make for that matter, they will ensure your car gets the best oil put in it. Though obviously there may be a limit to what they can do with unfamiliar makes, although I'm sure Steve would work it out.

Unfortunately, my Saab ownership may be coming to an end soon, just due to the usual car update every few years or so. Though, one of the reasons why I hang onto our Saab 9-3 Aero is due to Steve's good service! Notwithstanding the fact that Saab's a great performing and great value cars.

Only other issue is they are a bit out of the way for most people but do offer loan cars if available which go reasonable well, just remember to top up the tank for them. Saab live on...
