Eurocycles

I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I felt a review was well and truly warranted. Following a nasty ordeal trying to get post warranty product support from the retailer on the Sunshine Coast from where I purchased the ebike I contacted Rick at Eurocycles and asked for his help. Rick and his team were absolutley outstanding!! Eurocycles replaced the faulty component without question and wasted no time in ensuring my ebike was back on the road without delay. I have been most impressed with Rick and his team at Eurocycles and their outstanding business ethic. They certainly do stand behind the product they sell !! Well done Rick and I will certainly be recommending anyone looking to purchase an ebike to consult with Eurocycles.

Amazing service, they delivered my bike, gave me a bag of goodies and instructed me on all of its features. I totally recommend to all. Rick is especially awesome.

Very impressed. Eurocycles selection of electric bikes are premium, and so is the service. Rick was very helpful and informed about all things ebike, and Elizabeth went out of her way to courier the bike to me in the city - something she didn't have to do.

I would recommend Eurocycles to anyone who is in the market for an ebike.

Just what to say thanks for the Magura MT7 brake repair under warranty. Eurocycles and staff have provided me with great service for warranty issues twice now and I am so grateful for the speedy, courteous, generous and professional responses I have received on both occasions....this is not the usual case in my experience. I even received a phone call to say that the brakes are ready for pickup....this never happens...so thanks and I will be letting others know that Eurocycles are a great firm. Thanks John Beedham

I haven't figured out how to do business with this company. I've sent 4 emails through their on line form with no responses. I've phoned them directly in Australia and left voice messages again with no response. Odd business model.
