My washing machine stopped working after a year of using. Even so we had warranty for 2 years. So the technician came, ordered the parts (2) and the amazing customer service didn't reply for 3 weeks. I had to call them every day the forth week to push them but nobody seemed to care. And instead of say sorry and just replace the damn thing they eventually ''found'' the spare parts...after a month of hand washing our clothes! Respect guys! You saved some money for the company!

POOR QUALITY.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Less then 4 years old came as a package with new home. microwave stopped working. dishwasher rusty. oven door doesnt shut properly. ignighter on stove top doesnt work . company hard to deal with. From Andrew Tweed

Ceramic top on stove top cracked and there is a hole. Still under warranty and was told there would be a service fee and they attempted twice to sell us another at a discounted price. Very poor quality product, service and support. Previous other brand stove lasted 20 years. This one by euromaid lasted under 2 years!
