This doesn’t mean you won’t be pushed, but it does mean you’ll love every minute of your training, as we put you through your paces with sessions at the cutting edge of exercise science.
Our community is really inclusive, welcoming and friendly (you’ll definitely make lots of friends! ), and our trainers are caring, well educated and passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. They’re also there to help you, so please don’t be afraid to ask if you need a little extra advice and guidance (e. g. with your nutrition or exercise form).
