The farm is in the Hunter Region some 5 kilometers from Dungog in NSW. This enterprise has recently been established to bring premium beef products to consumers at an affordable price and to maximise return to the farm. Evora Farm is a small endeavour which has grown from the Evora Poll Hereford Stud, which produces cattle for breeders.


At Evora we produce quality livestock, selling first class breeding stock, both bulls and cows locally and throughout the state.
Some of the stock are not suitable for breeding for reasons, such as colouring and marking variability, however they still taste great! !

Hereford meat is generally of low fat content and we try to bring to the consumer a quality tasty experience. All animals are slaughtered at a recognised abattoir and professionally butchered. The beef we sell is first class Hereford beef grown on kykua, rye and clover pastures, supplemented with lucerne hay and silage, there are no artificial substances used on this farm. The stock are handled daily by caring, experienced farm staff, in a friendly environment totally stress free.
