Not happy with the workmanship excite did on my jetski, wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. They need to work on there customer service aswell. Hopefully Yamaha can sort out the issues with my jetski excite caused.

Fantastic and friendly customer service, good trailer access to workshop door, good prices for servicing, short lead time on servicing, respond to internet inquiries.

Most helpful staff i have ever come across in a store. Going for my motorcycle license soon and needed to look at gloves, helmets, clothing etc. The man helping me was very friendly, down to earth and so knowledgeable on all the products i was looking for and helped me pick some items i really liked but also put no added sales pressure on me just seemed to be really passionate about everything motorcycle related and wanted me to take my time to make sure i choose the right products for me even if it meant not making a purchase that day which i really appreciated. Ended up buying some gloves, will definitely go back again and highly recommend this store.

Had the opportunity to go into the shop a few times, to both test ride a bike and also have my 1100 serviced. These guys were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, service was fast, efficient and affordable. Will definitely be taking all my motorcycle wants and needs back to Excite.

Shane and the team at Excite motorsports from the moment I walked into the shop were helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were the only Yamaha dealership that had an MT10 demo bike to test ride at the time I was looking. It was a bit of a hike for me to get out to Penrith but in hindsight I am certainly glad that i did as the customer service, knowledge of product and available stock put the other dealerships to shame. Everything I was promised was delivered in the expected time frame with good communication from the Excite motorsports team.

Took my boy's 50 there for a carby repair and general service. 156 bucks and 3 days later (dropped it in on friday) and it runs absolutely fantastically. First time I haven't serviced mine or the kids bikes and am extremely pleased with the level of service both staff and mechanically. Highly recommended
